In consideration of my participation, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, release and forever discharge the organizer, its officers, staff, sponsors, servants, agents, subcontractors, instrumentalities, voluntary community groups, and all organizations assisting with this event, as well as the producers, their agents, and representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or costs that I may have against them arising out of, or in any way connected with, my participation in this event.
I understand that this waiver includes claims based on the negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above-mentioned parties. I fully recognize the challenges associated with this event and declare that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating. I further confirm that I have not been advised otherwise by a medically qualified professional.
Furthermore, I certify that I have obtained life and accident insurance coverage, including third-party liability, sufficient to cover any potential damages, injuries, or losses—including loss of life or property—that may occur during this event.
I grant the organizers and sponsors full permission to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other records of the event for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
I understand that this registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event that the race is cancelled due to storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, or any other unforeseeable or “act of God” conditions, I agree that my entry fee shall remain non-refundable.
If I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has signed this form on my behalf and is listed in the Emergency Contact Person field.
I represent and warrant to the organizer that I have full legal authority to complete this event registration for myself and/or any participant I am registering on their behalf.
I have carefully read this entry form and agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and directions issued by race officials on the day of the event.
